The location here was fantastic—it's right by the police station, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. the superior king room was well-furnished and came with a hair dryer and an iron. 👍.

I stayed in the room that was updated and clean and available with both desk and a Jacuzzi bath, as for instance. I had a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. The setting was favourable, near to lots of fast food, the Police Station, all stores. Caring staff gave advice on things to do

The worst experience of my life. I paid in full on Booked.net. I arrived after six to find my reservation cancelled and room given away by the front desk. Their reason was that I didn't arrive or call prior to 6pm. They quoted that this is their policy which is a bunch of BULL! I had paid for two rooms for two nights. This is a tragedy that must be corrected. I was on a business venture that was ruined because of the nasty staff in your Richmond location. Yes a Car Show took presidence over a frequent traveler to that area. I will never make a reservation again to another Red Roof Inn. Thanks!
